All purchases of challenges on SqlInt are considered final sale. Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once access to the purchased content has been granted.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
While our policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same pack due to a technical error
- You made a purchase but never received access to the content
- The content you received is significantly different from what was described
- A verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the content you purchased
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- You no longer need the content
- You found the content too easy or too difficult
- You did not use the content during the access period
- Access period has expired
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria in Section 2, please contact us through the Contact Us page with the following information:
- Your name and email address used for the purchase
- The name of the pack purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or transaction details
5. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Any refund will be issued through the same payment processor and will follow their refund timelines and policies in addition to ours.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
