Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SqlInt ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SqlInt provides an online platform for practicing SQL interview questions, solving story-driven SQL puzzles, exploring real-world case studies, and tracking your learning progress. The Service includes both free and paid content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Purchases and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are listed in INR (₹), and payments are processed through Razorpay. Purchases on SqlInt are one-time payments — the Service does not offer subscriptions and will not auto-renew or automatically charge you. When you purchase a pack:

  • You pay once for the access period shown at the time of purchase (typically one month, or one year for certain packs)
  • Once your payment is verified as successful, the purchased pack is unlocked for your account
  • Your access lasts until the end of the applicable access period and does not renew

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Digital Content and Access

SqlInt provides digital educational content — practice questions, puzzles, case studies, and related material. Nothing is shipped physically. Access to paid content is granted electronically to your account immediately after a successful payment and remains available for the applicable access period. When the period ends, access to that paid content ends, and you may purchase it again to regain access. Your learning progress stays in your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The questions, puzzles, case studies, articles, solutions, explanations, website design, branding, and other original content and materials provided by SqlInt are owned by SqlInt or used with appropriate permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your own personal learning while you have access. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish SqlInt content
  • Copy or republish paid content on other websites, courses, or materials
  • Share your purchased access or account with others
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service
  • Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our express written permission

References in case studies or articles to companies or products are for educational context only and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Service

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as the SQL queries you write, problem contributions, and contact-form messages. By submitting content, you grant SqlInt a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising.

9. Educational Disclaimer

SqlInt is an educational and interview-preparation platform. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in employment, an interview selection, passing any examination, certification, or any particular career outcome.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SqlInt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, and SqlInt's total aggregate liability for claims arising from a paid purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including rights available to you under Indian consumer protection law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, or where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse of the Service or other users, security risks, unlawful activity, or conduct that is materially harmful to SqlInt or its users. Except where immediate action is necessary (for example, to address fraud, a security risk, or a legal requirement), we will give you reasonable notice and, where practicable, an opportunity to resolve the issue. Where access is terminated because of your material violation of these Terms, you will generally not be entitled to a refund for the affected purchase, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect. The updated Terms apply from their effective date, and your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available to you under mandatory Indian law, including consumer protection laws, or from approaching the consumer redressal authority competent for you.

15. Contact Us
